(1) Joshua Hough may offer the Wrinkle-Free Process without additional charge only if:

a. the customer does not rush a service as specified in the standard Process & Shipping Time;

b. the equipments, facilities, and space of our studio are not occupied by other orders.

Since the piece will take 3 days to dry, please add 3 more days to the standard Process & Shipping Time.

One of the three steps of Wrinkle-Free Process. After this step, the paper must stay on a board leaned against the wall until it gets dried for about three days.

(2) A typical Chinese will not put a wrinkled piece into a frame, just as an executive will not attend a meeting without ironing his shirt and suit.

(3) People in non-Chinese galleries do not know how to mount Chinese calligraphy paper or to remove the wrinkles after Chinese paper has been written or painted, unless they have learned the Chinese procedures.

(4) There will not be another layer of paper to back or support the work.

(5) The Wrinkle-Free Process can only be done before the seals are stamped, unless you are willing to wait for longer than a month.

When you receive the order, please be extremely careful about the red seal ink and do not touch it. If you touch the seal ink and make smudges, no replacement or return of product will be accepted. All copies of calligraphy in perfect condition are evidenced by photo pictures or videos before shipment.

Some orders will be processed with the Wrinkle-Free Process without extra charge if Joshua or his associated mounter has time to do so. We do not offer this Wrinkle-Free Process to every customer for free since it takes up our facilities and space.
