Agreement For Payment of Custom Chinese Calligraphy

All sales of "Customized Chinese Calligraphy Work" and/or related services are non-refundable. Full payment must be received before a custom Chinese calligraphy work is started. 

 

For Completion of Custom Calligraphy

Custom Chinese calligraphy work will  take 3 to 10 business days after payment is received to complete at the artist's discretion. 

If the customer wishes to specify his/her due date, please email and use the following chart to figure out the new price. Otherwise, the artist retains the right to create custom calligraphy within the Standard Process Time in consideration of many technical requirements for each custom work to maintain artistic quality and reputation and fairness to other customers.

 


Custom calligraphy will be completed during the Standard Process Time as promised. If a customer wishes to specify his/her due date, a surcharge of 10% will be added to the original quoted price per one business day faster than the end of S.P.T. (that it, the 10th business day.)

For Delivery Issues

In case there is a defect or damage during shipping, Joshua Hough will be happy to provide you a new version of work on the condition that you return the item within 7 business days after you have received your order. 

No P.O. Box will be accepted.  

All orders are shipped with U.S. Postal Service with Signature Confirmation or UPS with Delivery Confirmation. (For details of shipping charges and the estimated number of days to receive your order, please refer to www.art-virtue.com/FAQ/FAQ.htm#8.) The confirmation will show exactly the time the item is delivered to you and your signature is required upon delivery.  

In case there is a delay for shipping, please file a complaint to the postal offices. You may request faster delivery by paying additional shipping fees.
